R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Really painful injury to my ankle where my tendon has almost ripped off part of my bone. Current estimate out for six weeks :( Will attempt to start building in core and swimming work in 3 weeks time.

Always rest ankle injuries no matter how bad it feels not to train it helps in the long run!
