Bicep tendon, caused by Jenny's 3000x challenge of 50 pushups a day. I needed a few rest days but was too stubborn to take them. Result = pain, and inability to do full pushups or planks.
Old injury, first damaged at 14yo playing tennis, also re-triggered in late 20s by a less-than-gentle dance partner.
