L Foot, Ankle Sprain

Whenever I start getting back into training the first thing that I seem to do is roll my ankles. They normally take it pretty well, but this time it didn't. I really wasted my ankle last year at JWOC but that was a sprain where my ankle comes back. This one hurt a bit when I did it, was going for a 30minute run and it occured at the 14min 40seconds stage, and it was a run where I had taken the fastest route to where I was at compared to where I was started. Bugger. Slowly ran it off and iced / compression bandage.
