Suffering from a pectoralis strain (pectoralis minor at insertion on ribs below right clavicle) which I contracted during my spill last week and exacerbated while doing dips on Saturday. L4 V2 workout on 9/19 did not make things better. Felt really strong but also felt the injury. Will lay off poling for the time being.
Took it easy while pain persisted, gradually adding motions as pain and discomfort decreased. Paddling during first weekend in Oct seemed therapeutic. Used poles during Sisu Bounding session on Tuesday and did 26 km of L1 Skate skiing today. No more discomfort. I think I'm over it!
