'went' during day 5 of Scottish 6 days - eased off for remainder of course
jogged day 6 then rested whole of following week.
end Aug - getting worse despite only easy runs
early Sep - getting worse still. Gradually subsided as I ran races in Oct and Nov. Haven't felt it for a while now
