um really bad stitch at about 2 km into 5 km tt. had to taker easy and walk for a tick . no good.
was so bad that i coudl still feel it the next day during the swamp walk but it was just becuase the muscle was sore or w/e ..so it didnt stop me but i could still kind of feel it.
dont know what caused it. its stupid. i ate 2 hrs before the race. maybe i started to fast..it was a fast start becuase it was a mass start which SUCKS. but i had my oatmeal like i do in skiing and all other race stuff and that was alright ..no milk junk...annnd i dont konw...maybe i shoulda started easier..which is easier said then done in a mass start. sooo yep its dumb
