Started a course of physio at Nuffield Health through work insurance. Getting treatment on stomach to release fascial tissue/bands connected to my neck.
Was sceptical at 1st but after 3 weeks it really is making a difference. Not had any more episodes with headaches or neck pain like I'm used to.
