L Upper Leg, Hamstring Pain

Left hammy is tight and twitchy, likely a light strain/pull. I can feel it walking and running, but it's not severe enough to discourage me from light activity. Luckily this week is a mid-season recovery week. I'm taking advantage and keeping the mileage and effort levels very low. Hopefully that will be enough to wipe this mild strain off the map.

Don't know exactly when this went away. I forget to log in the injury section, which is a good thing. "Treatment" for my twitchy hammy consisted mostly of being careful about warming up before quick efforts, and also some foam-rolling and massage.
