hip and calf spasm at start of run, expecially on hills. Goes avvay after 30-45 mins. then can run for hours, but still difficuilt on hills.

lumbar traction helped. Most pain relief after GROIN stretches ! (to reduce add/IR forces). Tried acupuncture 2 X. Plus cont strenth almost daily. Adds up
