Trail run at Sugarcreek in the POURING Rain - five miles. slipped and slide everywhere. Sciatic Nerve pinch - horrible pain and numbness in L leg.
MAssage, 2 visits to Chiropracter, and oddly enough - pain went away after backpacking trip in Smoky's, LOL!
