Stepped on a root or uneven part of the trail at Mt. Airy, and turning the L ankle (outside) badly. I felt a couple popping sensation.
Almost 3hrs later now, it's swallon, sore, and stiff. Will treat it with R.I.C.E.
The basic R.I.C.E. along with NSAID did the trick. Staying off longer and taping/bracing during run really helped out as well. Shouldn't have raced in the Kicks for Kids 5k. Now I'm dealing with an inflamed tibial plateau.
