This started after my long run in the Lakes and probably coming down into Honister (the last hill of the day). I have had this in the past and id usually very painful initially but takes a month to repair. I cannot remember how training I did whilst with this injury.
It seems I can run on it but when its in bigger pain I would be better to rest it for a few days.
Time has resolved this but I think this could be back after my next long Bob Graham run.
