Torso, Lower Back Pain

Lower back tight and sore at start of warmup for interval session. Stiffness and pain did not go away with mile of easy warmup. Cancelled thoughts of doing intervals and jogged home. Will train on bike for a few days and try again.
March 16 - did RoG 5 mile. Back did not give any problems during race or after.
March 20 - saw specialist back doctor. He is optimistic that some specialized PT will get me back running, maybe even doing another 42K.

Stopped running. Cycling doesn't bother the back.
