Sprained knee after minor hamstring tear caused hamstring/quad imbalance and knee overstraightened when walking and knee twisted, bizarre!

Pool based balance/strength exercises and warm baths initially helped straighten & untwist knee. Spinning helped reactivate quad/hamstrings strength to support knee joint stability.
