Tibialis posterior muscle fail.

Did 3x50 reps of the following exercise while holding weights for a couple of weeks

Also strengthened anterior by sitting on chair with heels on floor, then raising toes off floor, keeping heels on floor, repeatedly 'til exhaustion. Did the job hopefully.
