R Shoulder, Shoulder Pain

Pulled something on right shoulder after my bike ride yesterday. Pretty sore, makes rotating my head pretty painfull. Didnt seem to impact paddling much, but there where some little niggling aches on my long paddle on 4/8/07
Not sure I did anything specific with this one, just stuck with my regular workout routines and ignored this and it just went away?
