Crashed hard on Red Course at Mt Tom - finished course (another 60 minutes) but not in a great time. Slow enough to drop my Attackpoint ranking below the 80 point level I was trying to achieve for 2005.
Deep bruise in L quadricep
Really sore for a couple days, but didn't hurt running or walking after that - only hurt when squatting down - pain under muscle near bone - tolerable, but not comfortable.
just a deep bruise, deeper part of muscle probably because I fell on some snow covered rocks on the side. Vitamin I for the first week or so (only in AM when stiff). After that just avoided squatting down.
