R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Must have tweaked it at some point this past weekend. Perhaps downhilling off Ha Ling. Ran Mon-Wed but was limited by it, so kept it easy. Will take now through the weekend off to let it bounce back. Perhaps physio visit Friday afternoon.

Ankle still flares up, especially after road runs. Trail is better. Physio unlocks it and keeps me going for a few days afterwards without any discomfort.
