had overloaded IT band previous week so was not allowed to do any running before JK sprint. During warm up my knee started to be in excruciating pain after 4 or 5 steps but decided to run anyway. After finishing, both sides of my knee were painfull. Have rested it, in i have done no running but have been doing lots of cycling due to a course i was doing. It hasnt caused any discomfort.
