I guess that I'm not used to running on hard surfaces (i.e. tarmac and ice) in uncushioned orienteering shoes - like on Wednesday and yesterday.
This pain is mostly just irritating... it didn't get worse running on it yesterday, but it certainly didn't get better. I might keep running on it, a little cautiously, and hope that it just goes away.
Not fully gone away, but, with a little care, I'm able to put some effort into running again. This one cleared up itself despite not resting it completely...
