severe can't walk sprained ankle
discomfort on the upper foot ...
have to stregthen it ...
still some discomfort when running over stones and heel is on the ground..
maybe its a placebo effect i still strap it with an ankle strap... just to make sure
still not 100% sure BUT much better,,,
better feel but still some discomfort have to make ankle strong.... !!!!

1st week ice
2nd week ice+hot+ice
3rd week stregthing it
4th week running
finally i believe its ok ... but i must not neglect strengthening ...
