Internal dent on back of patella caused from femer extending through and punching patella. Had arthroscopy performed and dent ground out and articular cartledge cleaned up from dent rubbing on it. Right VMO and calf wasted away and lost all use of VMO.
Should have taken more time off work after surgery to help reduce the swelling that hung around due to me being on my feet at work to soon. Rehab had limited success due to the severity of the swelling
