Probably a strain of one of the scalene muscles.
Not more painful during exercise, but more painful at rest after each successive exercise.
Aug 17 - Pain only during stretching or articulation of head to left rear.

Add neck strengthening exercises to routine to build neck up along with lats, traps, and triceps.
