R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Twisted my ankle quite hard during training, right after the start. But I paused for a bit, then completed the training slower than planned. But it seems that after 5 days it's almost healed, but it still feels painful when I take a wrong step.

Put ice on it, and run with more care!
