Pretty serious this one. Might have some long term running damage. Should be fine for cycling stuff though when it heals. Damn, I'm (partly) screwed.
Long time to heal. 2 weeks nothing, 3rd week road cycle and walking, 4th light MTB and soft jogging, 5th jogging +light MTB,
Time off. Didnt do physio but should have probably.
