I've had this for a couple weeks and I don't like complaining about a minor injury but it doesn't seem to be going away.
Right wrist top side is pretty sore. I think it's a squash injury and I should probably just take some time off. Causes pain in hand and wrist, increases if i bend it a lot or have impact on it. So biking and squash irritate it. For a while I couldn't even do pushups but they seem better now.
I'm not really noticing this much anymore.. gave up squash for a bit. Doing some wrist exercises hopefully thats the end of it.
