Did something to my left knee yesterday: it was swollen and tight last night, worse when I woke up this morning and way worse after our 2+ hour jail tour today. Gonna try the RICE action and see if it calms down. Had this in 2005 after O-side 1/2 and it took 2 weeks of complete non-activity to heal. Bummed :(

Still no idea what caused it. It's still stiff while warming up, but loosens up and no longer causes me any pain. I probably rushed the cycling intensity on a half-baked base.
