L Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Fine unless I go for a run. After the run, hurts a lot walking. I've also found lying down and lifting my leg (straight/extended) hurts it a lot to.

Diagnosed by knee specialist at campus health center.

Physical Therapy. Lots of stretches and strengthening stuff. Foam roller too.
