| 1. | Pretty straight. Trail to yellow, cut corner to EW trail to stonewall, head S looking for NS stonewall, angle to wall corner and in. | ||||||
| 2. | Just barely right of line, accross below highest hilltop, down reentrant to pick up spur and in. Spike! | ||||||
| 3. | Along lineto marsh, under cliffs, then angled W to drop down near western end of long cliff. Hooked around green tip of reentrant. | ||||||

Bad route choice Did not plan ahead | Yuck. Got in all the worst of the green. A little unsure when I got across the stream, but the reentrant to the S of the control was pretty distinctive and I was ok. | |||||

Bad route choice | N of line to trail with Steve R. He took trail, I went up near stone wall corner and on to wide trail. He got to trail jct ahead of me. Past outhouses and on compass. Steve went around green while I went straight through, and was long gone when I got there. | |||||
| 7. | Up marsh to the left. When I cut around last blob of green could see the hill developing and picked up the pace. | ||||||
| 8. | Misread the contours a bit, but worked out ok. NE to stonewall corner, then headed for marsh W of control. S of marsh then in on compass. Steve R was coming in from the R. | ||||||
| 9. | +01:00 | Nice route. Picked up unmapped logging trail and was making good time, but saw a boulder a little far in the distance and went for it, since it was the only one I saw on the map. Oops! hit the trail and had to backtrack. Seems I had covered this other boulder with the # 9 when drawing my course. | |||||
| 10. | Fairly straight, aiming off slightly R. Saw the wall coming up and angled right into the flag. | ||||||
