8.	+10:00	This leg didn't go well. Popped out on the N-S trail near the E-W map boundary on the W just ahead of Becky, but wasn't exactly sure, so kept going until I saw the open area on my R. Then got hung up in some green E of the marsh. Obviously not concentrating, I saw the cliffs in front of me L of line and thought they were the cliffs 300 M ahead, so got on top and stopped to look around (for 10 minutes!). Not a shining moment.
9.	+05:00	Tired now, planned the route right of the pond that is along the line, but started down the jaw of that pond first and had to bail back out and around to the right. Just slow going along there. Then got distracted by really big rocks N of the rather puny rock that had the control, so lost a bit there.
10.		Head to head with Joe B's friend the rest of the way in.
11.		A little jump on him here by going N to the bridge rather than across the stream, but he was back on my heels by the flag.
F.		Hustling to stay ahead (barely).
