The Edges
long time since I ran this one, felt a bit weird before I set off, bad mood and wasn't sure if I had the energy, but it went very nicely, decided to push on along Froggatt and Curbar, best time since doing 51mins back in March 14, maybe I was really going for it that day or maybe I was fitter then ...

set out strong, but the inclines, the heat and the halting rhythm (the others were really lagging) slowed me down, legs got heavy later

great fun, very fast and not too difficult, pushed hard at the end, but had let the speed drop slightly too much after the start
