Sams again at Setmurthy
Felt like a cold was coming on today so didn't know if this was the best idea but I went along with it anyway and felt fine once I had warmed up. Took it easier than normal as I knew it was a hard session and I knew I would feel tired from the weekend so had to pace it properly. Worked well, I feel I know my running speed/pacings much better than I used to and managed to complete the session not feeling utterly exhausted and actually quite good/fit although on the last 30secs of the last 5min I began to slam the ground as I was too tired to run lightly. Same session although slightly more recovery after the 1st 3min rep as we went the wrong way.
Downward pyramid; 5,4,3,2,1min 30secs (3min active recovery) then back up again. (30secs to 1min recovery)

BL event at Binsey Blue 6.7km and 245m
Went quite well no major mistakes just slightly too high on 5 which was a slightly demoralising leg as it was 1.5km through the heather up the hill. Good running once I got going especcially from 6 onwards, i think i lost most time at the start due to this. Enjoyed it though although I felt quite tired from yesterday.

Tech with NWJS at High Rigg
In circles exercise , out circles, putting out sweets, collecting sweets exercise and then a clock relay. Mostly good accurate orienteering, felt strong running just got quite tired and cold towards the end. Really enjoyed it mostly just joking around with the guys.

Wcoc summer series
'Fun' event with a extremely confusing structure, which I got completely wrong and so did everyone else really. Found out you had to do red, colour, different red, any colour, etc. Then an extra course going through all the colours. I did the right thing kind of but I did a different colour each time so lost lots of points as I found that the colour were different points. Ah so confusing plus extremely annoying as the rules weren't on the map with the 60min time limit.
Where I went was actually quite nice though and I enjoyed it in the end.
