Finishing off control placement at March Highlands for this morning's event.

Ended up being a perfect day for it. New record of 157 starts (probably 200 people) for a local B-meet. Good feedback from runners. Lots of support from club-mates. Awesome day overall. AND was able to collect all controls same-day. Ysssssss!

Solo-canoe on the Carp River from Carp Rd. to Galetta. Lots of time to practice and get used to the boat again. Class I and II only but still felt really shaky.

Warm up run around N-W section of map, workout in main arboretum.
Cathy and I made up our own ladder-type workout...
2/4/5/6/7/8 min runs with walk breaks in between. To 40mins.
