Spinning 50:00 [4]

Lots of hill work and a 'fun' game where people drew interval times and types which we did back to back, no rests (standing climb, seated climb, standing sprint, hover, etc.). Sweaty class as always.

Strength Training 25:00 [2]

Upper body and core. Weakling arms... check.

Not really feeling it mentally or physically this morning. Warm muggy weather last night made for a wee one who didn't sleep all that great... struggling to get the legs moving.

Saturday May 18 #

Road Bike 59:00 [3] 24.0 km (2:28 / km)

Road ride with Sherpa, Tom and Jenna. Nice easy chatty ride.

Run 1:19:00 [3] 14.0 km (5:39 / km)

Nice run with the same group. A few stops for lights and to keep the group together. Good to catchnup with Sherpa, it's been a while! Thanks to Sherpa for organizing.
