Nopesport League: Salford
A nice enough run round Manchester but a pretty dull course. Started ok, flowing reasonably well. First small mistake came as I entered the quays at 9 not spotting the quick route. Pretty easy nav after that. However I managed to lose 2 minutes on 18 when we had to turn the map over and I turned down the wrong street and hit a dead end. Fine the rest of the way just didn't have the speed, it was just flat out running and no way could I make up the time although interestingly I pulled up from 17th to 14th on the super fast last 10 minutes which isn't like me. Was also having 5th quickest splits at the end on pure running legs which I guess is good. Should have been top 10 without that rookie mistake.
