Before work
A bit bored of the swim + cycle routine now. Will finish this week and then get back to running - though use a few weeks to build up the mileage. Will try to keep in at least one X session a week though as I think it's really good for me aerobically. This two weeks transition will hopefully put me in good stead for the season to come.
