Forest sprint

Had some very big problems with seeing tapes lol. Raj ran after that a bit but led by skunk into some mongo mistakes. 3drerun was very positive though for the second half of the course. It was the first time I have felt fastish in the forest for a long time. Onwards and upwards!

Last O training of the week with 4 loops on Guadamar North at a good effort and a great training to finish on. Again felt strong and managed to see the tapes this session made about two mistakes on a 46 control course so definitely some improvement.

O intervals - won one of them and nearly won another. Still got it! On planet bonk for the last one but saw it out unlike some other pussies. Fun stuff! Ali Masson is on fire.
