Swimming at AIS with Treadlie. Were on tight timeline and I just did 2 x 1km at around 22 mins. Quite busy in lane and got further distracted when Brumbies jumped into pool causing several Tsunamis...

Ran from home to Pines and back at threshold. Felt ok after yesterday's long run and was very happy with time and effort :)
Followed WMOC sprint final on O-lynx and was exhausted afterwards. Some fantastic OZ results.

Glorious weather. Perfect for a run from Kaleen to Equestrian Park where Annabelle was competing in dressage. Ran via AIS, Bruce Ridge, Black Mountain and Scrivener Dam. Timed it well and arrived 15 mins before Annabelle's 1st event. She did really well in 2nd event and even won some price money!

Guiding Liz at 5th anniversary Lake G parkrun. People everywhere and guiding a bit more challenging than usual. Still managed not to trip and come in under 30. Very happy outcome. Plenty of celebratory cake and lollies.

Back at AIS with Treadlie. Very busy lane and wasn't sure how I was feeling after a few week's break. Took it easy and did better than expected. 500m in 10.50 :) All up 2kms.
