Note

Hamstring tendon not feeling good at all today :(
Did physio exercises instead of running.

Ran the ol’ Bridge to bridge at lunchtime. Hamstring tendon and glute are really sore, feeling very sad about that. Did 4x1’ skips at end of run, hope that wasn’t silly.

Really nice run with Greg around coolaman ridge. It was pretty hilly and glute was a bit sore but it was beautiful (and freezing!).

Fun run with jo around (and up!) stromlo. Felt ok but glute a bit yuck.

Run around black mountain/Aranda hill in beautiful morning sunshine. Did 20’ tempo, wasn’t too quick but anyhoo. Fun.
