Really nice run in the morning around black mountain.

Tempo session on the ovals - 3 miles (4.8km) with al. Really hard! Averaged 4:30/km pace which I was happy with. Did 4 x 1' skips at end after warming down. Felt pretty tired afterwards and was pleased with effort.

Day 1 of my 8 week training plan from runners world to try to get a faster 5km time. Plan has 5 runs per week so I'm swapping one for a pool run instead or I won't make it the 8 weeks.

ACT champs at Glendale. Really fun course and it enjoyed way more than I was expecting! Only lost little bit of time on one control so was really happy with run. Beautiful day and really fun.
