Ran to work and did ints in the way on my usual Bruce ridge/O'Connor ridge circuit. Did a broken 5km (2km, (2' jog), 2x1km (1'), 500m (1'), 2 x 200m (1'), 100m). Ran hard and enjoyed the lovely morning. Tendon pretty good, just an 'awareness' of it but glute a bit spasm-y.

Didn't have much time but did a quick gym session for hamstring exercises.

Slept through alarm so missed running with the girls but got up in time to go in the morning. Did ints (10 x 2' (1')). First couple were bit slow but better once I got going.

Really nice run with al around black mountain. Did the crackennback track which was a bit hard work up the hills but glute and hamstring were the best they've been for ages which was good!

Mountain bike ride. Did the north centenary loop anti-clockwise. Bit windy but felt quite good and enjoyed it. Hamstring hardly hurt, yay.
