feeling grotty

chasing TH, good pace all the way with nary a pause or wobble, kept up ok (just about) but eased off last 200m. calf a bit sore but hopefully not too bad, well worth doing for some useful insights and future pace calibration.
In retrospect what was most impressive was the flow: the speed was good obv, but there was so little time wasted dithering or stopping to read the map. I can run at that pace OK...but orienteering?

remembered, after about 10 mins, that i'd had no lunch and breakfast was 12hrs earlier, so running on empty and didn't push too hard. nice spin around none the less
