Evening hill bimble from the ski centre up Ben Macdui (60.15) and Cairn Gorm (1.41.00) and back down windy ridge. Quads grumbling a bit in last 2km and Hoka boulderfield technique needs work but otherwise going pretty well - ice-cream earned :-)
Fabulous evening to be out in the hills :-)

MOR Saturday League, Culbin, planned by Kathryn: good course, scrappy run with lots of small mistakes: not taking the time to read the map properly...
Hesitant along the ridge to #1 then nearly overran it, stopped one depression early at #2 and went back and checked the previous one (+20s), poor line to #3 and ended up too far left (+15s), then iffy route to #4 and was a bit to the right (+15s). Next 2 ok, but careless to #7 and ended up in the green to the left (+15s), then maybe not best route to #8 and stopped too early again (think map needs work here) (+15s) after which ok
