Around little BIrkrigg, down to Bardsea, shoreline & climb out of Baycliff on Sunbrick Lane. Slow with Rachel, shaking out legs on warm day.

Sunny day - Dunnerdale horseshoe very steady - started up west side towards Stickle Pike, then looped over to east side. Took in a couple of extra rises but just trying to keep it very easy, walking the steeper climbs.
Right calf a bit tight but seemed to cope ok.
