Reverse of Dunnerdale horseshoe with Selwyn on very hot day.
Taking it very steady and admiring the views.

Threlkeld Knotts - Green. Two dog-legs and 4 controls in a line.
Started at a brisk walk as back still very sore. Not much chance to run on long climb to top at #5 and then back seemed to ease and managed to run the contouring leg and the downhills.
