Tuesday night race. Felt ok the firsy half but then got really hot and felt quite faint on the second climb

Ride aling the coast to Llandudno for the fell race. Had to carry bke along beach for a bit due to sand on the path.

Feeling knackered after horrific weekend on call. had a nap after work and went out for a run in the drizzle. Did a few random sprints for the first half then steady jog back. Calfs tight.
