I'm not sure why it never snowed when we lived in Cedar Cove, with our 30' driveway, and now that we have a 300' driveway with a hill, it snows at least a couple times a year. Not a terrible workout, though, so there's that.

Aaand I'm sick. Just a cold, and I'm frankly surprised/grateful that it took a whole 3 months longer for the first cold of the season than it did last year. Katherine is, of course, sick too, but she's not letting that slow her down. She stops issuing directives just long enough to cough or sneeze in my face, then gets right back to playing. Wish I had her resilience.
