running 35:00 intensity: (23:00 @2) + (12:00 @4) 5.0 km (7:00 / km)

Warm up and drills, then 10x200 hard, 200 jog recovery. Targeting 50 seconds for the fast 200s, but hit 55 and 56 seconds for the last 2, so that was a little fast.

swimming 45:00 intensity: (10:00 @2) + (20:00 @3) + (10:00 @4) + (5:00 @5)

2000 meter workout. 1:20 for my fast 100s, which is more like it! Feels good to see my times improve over the last couple months, but dropping the next 15 seconds is going to take a lot more work.

Tough wind today, and not quite enough time to do the double base loop I was planning on this week. The new seat on the tri bike will work out just fine, though, so the bike is pretty much good to go.
