SprintO Sydney Uni.
Despite watching a LOT of biathlon with the takeaway message that I have to switch modes harder, I ran out too hard, so bad route to #1 (slight overshoot), messed up #3 - brain not converting the lawns in the quad to green, so I thought they were the next yellow. Shingo caught me here, then I dug in a bit before completely blowing #24. Leg felt OK during, happy to have time for a warm down.

Some new thoughts on my crooked running ways from Paula.

The change that came through last night seemed to have been wiped out by 3am when I woke up. Blech.

More physio - fortunately my knee has got worse, so a bit easier to diagnose - maybe irritated vastus medialis (IIRC)
