Test ride around the block, not painful, probably over-sensitive, but a definite improvement on last week.

Mapping interesting, v different to whatever I'd had on the base. Creeks appear and disappear. Knee OK so far.
For some reason when I went outside to put on my O shoes en route to the car I put on my bike shoes and didn't realise until I'd suffered 15 minutes of traffic, so they stayed on.

Having printed out a copy of the map at 1:10000, realised the rock needed a lot more generalisation to work at 1:10. Couldn't face a nother day without breaking new ground, so worked on slope around N and NW of ovals. The N was more runnable than I expected, the NW less than I hoped.
