After running the SI stuff most of the morning I nipped over to the start for a run. As usual I forgot to have a head clearing break and as usual I then messed up the first leg. My biggest mistake for some time - event though I mapped a lot of this rock, I didn't realise I was in the wrong gully until I went to find #2 and was in the wrong place. Then back to #1. Just couldn't find the flag at #3.

Anyway, nice day for an outing and it looked as though me finally finishing won the ML fixture for us.
