Sprint relay at Griffith Nathan. Kurt was away so it was just me and Lachy instead of having 3 people. I did 3 courses, he did 2. We came 2nd. So slippery everywhere so being cautious then fell over on the moderate. Distance all a little bit funny

Mum dropped me off at Aldi and I ran back to my car at BPSS. Just easy w. turnarounds at the end. Felt better than I have recently.. that could've been cause there were less hills though and it wasn't as hot. Beautiful sunset

Just body strength. Really wanting to use weights again but I'm getting home too late after running and doing them while getting eaten alive by mozzies isn't very appealing. Ideally I need to run in the early morning on the days when strength is planned but at the moment I'm prioritising sleep.
