No idea how much sleep I got. Had a tough time getting to sleep.

Shouldn't have done this. Was knackered this morning, knackered warming up and knackered running. Had to take a gel going to 3 just so I had some energy. Then had a drink of water and 2 cups of cordial during the rest of the course. More than I've ever had before. Eventually got too knackered started making bigger mistakes, rolled my ankle, walked to a control because of my ankle, hit my knee on a log, fell over wire on the ground and bit my lip, made more mistakes, hurt the same ankle again and eventually after more mistakes finished. I would prefer to pretend that this never happened.
