Ran with Trail run group. First time I have completed the loop since Fall. Pace set by you Cross Country female. She had a good pace that was faster than I have been doing lately but slower than what I was doing in the Fall.
Enjoyed going with them and hope to go again next Tuesday

My knee has been hurting for 3 weeks and I have never had any knee pain my entire life. Just a bit concerned although maybe it is a long temporary thing. Seem to only happen uphill.
