Sprint Meet race 21:04 [5] 2.27 km (9:17 / km) +9m 9:06 / km
shoes: INOV8 Talon 200

First of two courses set up by Aaron Smith. Map was much improved although still lacking in not enough details for a sprint meet. Only one error that was fairly big and won a split I did not expect to. Quite a few hesitations that cost me time but the biggest error was at the last control with Aidan, Troy and myself running around in circles trying to locate it.

Sprint Meet race 15:22 [5] 1.96 km (7:50 / km)
shoes: INOV8 Talon 200

The beginning of this meet was a disaster but recovered a bit after misinterpreting #3. I knew my time was going to be bad so figured I had nothing to lose in taking some chances. Turns out that others made some mistakes as well so ended up in 4th.

Sprint Meet race 34:06 [5] 4.16 km (8:12 / km) +33m 7:53 / km
shoes: Adidas Kanadia tr7

Very fun courses set up by Rob, Aidan and Brenda. Had some problems with speed and some tough terrain by the river and it was a nice warm up. Map was good so the fact that I forgot my compass did not really matter too much.
3 PM

Sprint Meet race 31:30 [5] 3.94 km (8:00 / km) +26m 7:44 / km
shoes: Adidas Kanadia tr7

Race #2 was the 3.2k option and felt better overall but made a bunch of mental errors and could not locate #12 right away so lost about 2 minutes looking around. Got a bit confused around the next few controls and after looking at the map I can see what I did. After that, head down to the river through the Stinging nettle, tried to cross a creek that was filled up by the White River and was a lot deeper than I thought. Overall, excellent courses and a fun time on Fathers day.
