Cypress. +1 and rain onto 5cms of snow covering the groomed tracks. would have been quite good but the tracks were inconsistent. Worked hard on getting weight shift working on both sides. C11 63k

South Surrey Bike Park. Walked entire course with a cane which was useful on the cut throughs from one trail to another. Good contact and routes except for 2 or 3 map stops in the northern section when I lost contact crossing over trails.

OK. this is real skiing, not fake news watch testing. The physio suggested 1 hour max until I build up more strength in the right leg. I felt a twinge of fatigue in right hamstring in the last half hour. Other than that, a very nice ski on good tracks. Well above freezing.C10
