Note

Been pretty much laid up in bed since Thursday morning. Muscles are all shot and just waiting for it to all calm down before trying to start rehab

Military press, squats, deadlifts, inverted row, triceps press. Put my lower back out doing the squats and finished it off with the deadlifts. Tried to run a bit on the treadmill but back was gone, can't stand up straight now

Run in Wollaton park before playing snooker but hadn't digested my lunch so felt very uncomfortable and trotted around in the sun
