Woodstock, Mount Tom section. Glad we did the steep hills in the morning, I was tired! But a glorious winter day, sparkly snow, views ... real winter.

Woodstock, Mount Peg side. Gorgeous at first (first tracks, newly groomed, ahhhhh), then a bit less as someone (or two) on a fat bike had ignored all the rules about not leaving ruts, and it was a bit lethal. But still a great morning.

Ice Skating (Nordic blades) 1:01:00 [1]

Leke Morey. So fun! Did one lap, then picked our favorite bit and skated up and down on it a few extra times. Some bumpy stretches and spots, but still fabulous. Not pushing hard, but it definitely worked my legs.

Warm up on the flats, then the 10 km loop at Dartmouth. Hilly! My watch said 65, but Andy and Bridget had Garmins with auto stop that said less. My heart was still beating hard when I was stopping briefly!

Felt like exercising more, but knew that would be dumb for the knee with 2 days of skiing coming up. I'd rather ski.

Running hurt the knee, so I hiked. Mostly at 7%-9% incline, 4.1 mph. Wanted to go and ski, but roads are bad. Sad that the snow is all going to be washed away in a few days.
