Running the Emmentaler Halbmarathon route. Very scenic and nice trails, I wnjoy it each time I run this course. A few fallen trees from the winter storms in the beginning and one part in the end where the trail was blocked and I had to take a detour.

SOM - H120 3rd place with Reto & Päsce
I did a good 1st leg, could keep up with a larger group (3rd to 10th place) but lost them shortly before the end after a longer forking and a not so ideal route. Another small mistake at the 2nd to the last. 1‘ behind the group and 3‘ behind the first.

Päsce caught a few places bringing us into 7th place and Reto had a great run, cathching runners after runner and in the end fighting with Luki for the 2nd place.
